It's bitter by nature but will keep you healthy in future

Bitter in taste, what a nasty creature created in the world. I don't want to taste it and I don't want to touch at all 😨

These displeasure moments faced by many of the children, teenagers and even old age people too.

The Bitter gourd has a bitter taste in nature, but gives a plenty of essential nutrients to our life.

Do you ever notice that our mother or grandmother consume bitter gourd to control the stomach worms. They know that the bitter gourd has natural antifungal, antibiotic and anti-allergenic characteristics.

The bitter gourd reduces the blood sugar level hence it manages the diabetes.


It also helps to prevent unpredictable drops in Insulin levels by regulating the metabolism.

It's unique character is it purifies blood.

By adding bitter gourd to your routine diet, it defends against heart attack, kidney damage and liver failure.

Asthma relief : It improves respiratory systems so that Asthma and bronchitis (an illness in which the bronchial tubes become infected and swollen, resulting in coughing and difficulty in breathing) are controlled.

It balances the blood pressure and high cholesterol.

It prevents skin diseases like itching and ringworm and it can control hair fall.

Important Note: Avoid consuming bitter gourd during pregnancy. It acts very strongly to reduce blood sugar levels, so should be avoided pre and post-surgical procedures.

If you are taking any medicines, please try to avoid bitter gourd. It may react with medicine and may cause serious health issues.

Children don't like its taste so better feed bitter gourd dish with palm sugar.

Please take bitter gourd at low quantity and periodically. Consuming too much bitter gourd lead to headache and stomach pain.
