This method is based on Acupuncture and this walk method is prescribed for all people, including children and recommended walk time is about 15 to 30 mins daily. Steps to do '8' shape walk exercise
- Practise this exercise in the early morning or evening in the empty stomach.
- This walk method can be done in open air or inside the room. Walk in the open air is recommended to get fresh air circulation in our body.
- First walk from North to South direction and South to North direction for about 15 minutes each.
- During this walk try to concentrate the line of '8 shape' and don't use a mobile phone while walking.
- It is recommended to walk in the barefoot so that our internal organs will be activated and we get relief from diseases.
